Default Where to spend attribute points?

I just made a Elementalist and it's fun. But I don't know where to put my attribute points! Should I split them up evenly between Fire and Energy Storage (seeing as how most my spells are fire atm and because energy is good) or should I go all-in on some area?

You do have the flexibility to reassign points in a town/outpost, so I don't think it really matters.

Personally, when my health and energy is fine, I tend to just dump the points into Fire. If I find that I'm constantly running out of energy mid-battle, then the points from the next level up will go into Energy Storage, or when I'm next in town I'll take points away from Fire and put them into Energy Storage.

It also depends on the skills you use, if you tend to use low cost ones, then you should be able to ignore Energy Storage for awhile and increase Fire for greater damage.

Just change it to suit your gameplay or to meet the situation at hand. You really can't go wrong.

I have several sets of armor for my ele with different runes. If there is a need to adjust attributes (or increase HP) during a mission I just switch armor.
